The first three sessions, often called the “Sleeve” sessions, gently begin the process of creating more space, ease, and balance in the body’s outer layers of connective tissue. These sessions support improved comfort, breathing, and overall alignment.
Session 1 focuses on enhancing the quality of breath by opening the ribcage, diaphragm, arms, neck, and spine. As the body begins to release tension, clients often notice a sense of lightness and increased freedom of movement.
Session 2 helps establish a more grounded foundation by bringing balance to the feet and lower legs, encouraging greater stability and support from the ground up.
Session 3 explores how the head, shoulders, and hips relate to one another while standing in gravity. Through gentle, intentional work, the body is guided toward a more natural, upright posture that feels balanced and effortless.
Sessions four through seven move deeper into the body’s “core,” exploring the structural relationships between the pelvis and the head. In this context, the core also includes the deeper tissues of the legs, recognizing their essential role in stability, support, and ease of movement.
Session 4 begins this deeper work by addressing the inner arch of the foot and traveling up through the inner leg to the base of the pelvis, helping create a stronger, more connected foundation.
Session 5 focuses on bringing balance between the deeper abdominal muscles and the natural curves of the spine, supporting greater internal support and comfort.
Session 6 encourages more fluid support and movement through the legs, pelvis, and lower back, promoting a sense of strength with flexibility.
Session 7 turns its attention to the neck and head, refining alignment at the top of the structure and supporting a feeling of lightness and clarity.
The final three sessions focus on integration — bringing the entire body together into a more harmonious, coordinated whole. These sessions help weave together the changes made in earlier work, supporting smoother movement and a more natural sense of balance.
Sessions 8 and 9 are uniquely tailored to each individual. The practitioner assesses how the body is adapting and refines areas that need further support, encouraging fluid movement and structural coherence.
Session 10 completes the series by reinforcing alignment and inspiring a deeper sense of order and ease throughout the body. By the end of the Ten Series, many clients experience improved posture, greater efficiency of movement, and a lasting sense of structural support that continues well beyond the sessions.
If you’re ready to experience lasting structural change rather than temporary relief, the Structural Alignment series offers a powerful and supportive path forward.
Each session builds progressively, helping your body move with greater ease, balance, and resilience.
